Meet the Team

Brian Bengsch

President/CEO

Brian began his journey at Eagle Business Forms in 1980 by working in the warehouse. He’s been in sales since 1985, but really found his passion in customer service and logistics. Brian has been managing Eagle since 2010 and brings not only a lifetime of knowledge of the forms industry, but a true desire to provide our clients a quality product delivered with outstanding customer service.  He’s found that his outstanding customer service not only keeps clients, but also allows him to make new friends along the way.

Vice President, Operations/Client Service

With an education in communications and background in customer service, Kendal was the perfect fit to bring Eagle Business Forms into the 21st century market. Sharing Eagle’s priorities of delivering quality products and providing great customer service, Kendal has brought a fresh approach of creating new relationships with clients.

Our Founder

John Bearden
1937-2018

In the late 1960s, John Bearden and his wife, Joyce, searched the nation looking for a good place to live and raise a family. They settled on the Springfield area because of its beauty, friendly people, and last but not least, good fishing.

In the early 1970s, John founded Eagle Business Forms, Inc. and began providing forms, labels, and paper to the thriving business sector in the greater Springfield area. John would be the the first to tell you, “It’s God’s business. I just run the place!” and he managed Eagle by these beliefs.

Honesty and integrity were always of the upmost importance to John; he gave it, and he expected it back from his vendors, employees, and customers. He was always ready to listen when someone had a problem and he was even happier to pray about it.

We lost John in July of 2018. However, we still do our best to manage the company in the same way that John consistently did. We put Christian business principles first and remember that our clients are people who can become good friends; people for whom we will always have a smile and an ear to listen when they have a joy to celebrate or a bad day to discuss, in addition to providing them with the products they need.
